Support Ontario Youth (SOY) is a leading organization focused on increasing awareness and providing guidance, resources, and expertise to jobseekers, apprentices, employers, and educators in the skilled trades. As a designated group sponsor, SOY supports apprenticeship registration, mentorship, and upskilling initiatives to help individuals complete their trades journey and build fulfilling, long-term careers.
